Shipping Information:
Once an order has been placed online, please allow up to one week for delivery for Canada and three to four weeks for foreign orders. By accepting/submitting to these terms and conditions you authorize ÉnergiePlus Inc. To select the courier for your products on your behalf. Residents of Canada will have items sent via Canada Post. Residents of the United States of America will have items sent via US Post or DHL depending on the dimensions of the product you have ordered.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
ÉnergiePlus Inc. does accept product returns and requests for refunds. However, for both returns and refunds, ÉnergiePlus Inc. must receive the item(s) in the same condition in which they were shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product arrives at ÉnergiePlus Inc.. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs incurred when returning / requesting a refund of product. Once ÉnergiePlus Inc. has received the product we will refund your money with the understanding that all refunds, returns or cancellations are subject to a $7.00 restocking fee. ÉnergiePlus Inc. will only issue a refund with the return of the product.

Shipping charges are based on where the item is being shipped and how many items are in your order. Below is a complete breakdown of our rates:
- Pickup - free of charge.
- Canada - ExpressPost ($10.00 + $.50/additional item- approx. 1 week)
- Continental U.S.A. - Airmail ($20.00 + $1.00/additional item- approx. 1 week)
- All other destinations - Mail ($25.00 + $2.00/additional item- approx. 2-3 weeks)
